I have been a customer for 20 years at bank of america I have a situation that involves me so I walk in spoke with a manager she should have been taking notes but I feel like she did not I'm very upset this situation is still going ans I haven't heard of a resolution.
They wanted to charge me $8 to cash a check for my grandma! Ridiculous! $8 to cash a check for my grandmother who has an account but I don't? Absolutely insane.
I got a call from boa fleming island about my online survey describing their employee hiring practices as misguided and rude. I spent almost 15 minutes watching one teller help a customer on his phone trying to get his info straight. Instead of common courtesy or the professional thing to do would be to ask them to come back with the correct information. Had a good experience at branch today. Heather Reed was very professional and helpful. I opened up an account today and she made the process easy. All the options were explained to me. She helped me set up my BOA app also. The facility was clean and well staffed. After I left I had a couple questions for Heather so I emailed her and she got back to me promptly.
