I live in Green Cove Springs and use to use the ATM in Palatka when I went to the VA. That is apparently know permanently closed. So I went by the Flemming island location after a doctors visit today, the ATM by the front door is now gone, so I went by the drive through ATM right at 10am and all of the windows were shuttered closed. The drive through ATM did work however and I did not try to go in, but I was the only car there. Is Bank of America just abandoning its customers?
