I got a call from boa fleming island about my online survey describing their employee hiring practices as misguided and rude. I spent almost 15 minutes watching one teller help a customer on his phone trying to get his info straight. Instead of common courtesy or the professional thing to do would be to ask them to come back with the correct information. Had a good experience at branch today. Heather Reed was very professional and helpful. I opened up an account today and she made the process easy. All the options were explained to me. She helped me set up my BOA app also. The facility was clean and well staffed. After I left I had a couple questions for Heather so I emailed her and she got back to me promptly.
What bank opens at 10a.m.? Who runs this business? 1 ATM and 1 teller at tue desk. 50 people waiting. They don't even give temporary cards when you need one urgent. Gotta wait that 10 days in the mail for new card. Down hill business
I’m so mad, hurt & disappointed at this branch. I just started back w/my account @ BOA only because it’s the only way to pay rent(couldn’t use cash ap account)…Just recently moved into my new home, so since my money isn’t deposited into BOA i have to withdraw and deposit it there. Today was My 2nd time going in and the teller asked me? “ how’s your day” ..In Which I responded saying, (jokingly with a smile) Not good cause when I come to see you that means I’m giving all my money to the rent man…… so he knew I was paying rent... read more
