I went in there today at 1:30pm for a notary, I’m a customer of the bank, I have an account with them. However they didn’t have a notary available even though they close at 2:00pm. I wasted 20 minutes just to be turned down for a service they advertised and should have been available in their normal business hours.
Very good customer service. Yara helped me out a lot and got done what I needed. I definitely recommend her if you need service 10/10. Thank you.
