Still crappy. If customer service was water, this place would be the Sahara Desert. I came in here for a notary endorsement at 12:05pm and got jerked around to come back in 30 minutes because the one notary on duty was the only teller working the line and the other notary was at lunch. Came back at 1:00pm and the one notary on duty had appointments for the rest of the day. At least a 30 minute way (no guarantees). I left and will no longer be conducting business here. Terrible.
This experience is why patrons of 15+ years are abandoning banks like this. I avoid having to go into the bank because every time it either costs you, in case both time and money as a business owner. Took time off from my business to get a document notarized here. Instead of ensuring the document requirements are clearly stated on the website, at the time of booking, or in the confirmation email, I was told only after I arrived what they require to notarize the document.
