Abysmal customer service, which stems from a severe lack of tellers and staff. Management seems to intentionally run this space with a skeleton crew, which makes for a miserable experience. This bottle neck makes staff miserable, which they then put onto the customers. Never had someone legit scoff at me when I said “how are you?” Until today. Wow.
I received amazing customer service from. Stephanie. I literally walked in very upset and left a happy camper! She was very patient and knowledgeable about the process at hand!
The worst branch I've been to in 13 yrs of being a member. They are so slow its beyond comprehension to me. Its more people in the back than out serving customers. I waited over a hour to be seen for a simple in person verification I ended up leaving after a hour wasted of my day. The one on Ponce De Leon is my go to branch
