Everybody’s very professional and nice eager to help as well, but they’re so slow. It always takes a long time. There’s a Bank of America closer to my house and my job but I really like this back and the people who work there they make me feel very special and always accommodate all my needs. Thank you Brenda Davis, a.k.a. Sulu .

I'm leaving BofA after 20+ years. This manager always has a justification for not taking you as a walk in, and also for being late with appointments. They won't take you as a walk in if they have appointments, and your appointment representative is always late. Why make appoinemtns if you can't keep the commitment BofA?

Ms. Veronica, a banker representative of this branch, provided exceptional quality service after my arrival to seek assistance in my matters. Her attention was thorough, flexible, and standardized in the affairs which I was handling. Her proactive attitude was indeed appreciated.

If you go to this location during the week specifically peak hours (lunch time) there’s one teller even though there are five windows. So expect a wait time of 15- 20 mins in line. The ATM is inside but works when it feels like it. The one star is for the only saving grace to this branch, the one teller who shows up and actually does their job. The other people, the lady who asks what you’re coming in for directs you to the ATM instead of going behind the window to actually help you. The other star is for the ATM inside when... read more

this branch sucks; everytime i go in there is only one, maybe two tellers working. if there is a line of more than 3 people it takes a minimum of 20 minutes to be seen. also the ATMs refuse to take half the cash i will give it or it screws up some other way. the tellers themselves are nice but how with the high fees and interest BOA charges how can they not afford one additional enployee??
