Everyone is always super helpful!!
First experience at a Bank of America location, and it was good. The teller was helpful and friendly. Was informed of an offer I had available to open an account. When I declined, I wasn't pushed to open an account. I was there just to pay my credit card bill. Super easy and fast.
I am absolutely disgusted with bank of america quick to take my money but never answer the phone I own a small busses here in georgia witch brings in a decent amount of money witch I'm more than happy to let so random person on the street hold for me than bank of america. Plus they do everything in their power to force you to deal with the stupid fckin robot nothing but a bunch of criminals. Worst BOA location. Manager Nicolette Sheley will cuss you when she makes a mistake and you correct her. Canceled my account because of her.
