Is there a star below one! It is obvious that no B of A executive has ever used the phone system. This bank is obviously not hiring customer service personnel so they can punish their customers and make grater profits. After being on the phone system waiting for an agent for over 120 minutes, they tell you someone will be there shortly. It is a lie. This is the final straw.
