I like using the ATM to deposit my check. I like getting a receipt with the image. My father once said "save your receipts."
I needed a new debit card. The women asked for I.D. I gave her my license. A second women came and if I had my cellphone. I said no. I said what do you need my cellphone for? The women said for Identification. A cellphone isn't Identification. It was a very strange experience.
I'm very confused about somebody charging my account. Bank of America said charges were made to my account. I said I didn't make any charge. They canceled the use of my debit card and are sending me a new one. I went to the Bank of America in Hobe Sound to get a form for the Army. This form takes the pay I get from the Army and deposits it into the Bank of America account. I ask the person at the Bank of America for this form and she said I couldn't have it. I needed this form for the Army.
Best location out there. Don't listen to these bad reviews. These are the kindest people that are just doing their job at the end of the day. They will do anything in their power to help you. Respect is earned not given at the end of the day.
I had an extremely disappointing experience at this Bank of America branch. The POS manager was rude, dismissive, and unprofessional from the moment I walked in. Instead of assisting me with my account — my own money — I was treated like I was asking for a favor. There was a clear lack of knowledge and competence.
