I'm very confused about somebody charging my account. Bank of America said charges were made to my account. I said I didn't make any charge. They canceled the use of my debit card and are sending me a new one. I went to the Bank of America in Hobe Sound to get a form for the Army. This form takes the pay I get from the Army and deposits it into the Bank of America account. I ask the person at the Bank of America for this form and she said I couldn't have it. I needed this form for the Army.
Best location out there. Don't listen to these bad reviews. These are the kindest people that are just doing their job at the end of the day. They will do anything in their power to help you. Respect is earned not given at the end of the day.
I had an extremely disappointing experience at this Bank of America branch. The POS manager was rude, dismissive, and unprofessional from the moment I walked in. Instead of assisting me with my account — my own money — I was treated like I was asking for a favor. There was a clear lack of knowledge and competence. Worst place to open an account associate comes out and ask if I was signed in and states they may not be able to get to me because there are three people ahead of me and they only have 2 people working, no urgency at all
Only a place you bank at if you want to wait forever to do anything literally each person on the teller line took 10 min individually. Idalmy and the banker sitting close to the teller chatting while teller needed override
