This was my first visit to Cumberland, and I couldn’t be more impressed! Ms. Twyonna Robison did an outstanding job assisting my elderly mother with opening a new account. She showed so much patience, courtesy, and genuine respect, making the whole process smooth and comfortable for her. I also want to acknowledge Brand Manager Whitney, who welcomed us with such a warm smile and kindness that immediately made us feel special. I do not have an account there. I needed change for a $20 and was given the change. The teller told me before giving me the change that I would need to have an account there from now on. I am utterly dismayed that in the year 2025 in the United states of America that getting CHANGE for a $20 bill from a BANK, I would need to have an account.
First experience in person at this location, but absolutely wonderful people here. It was a busy day after a holiday weekend, and they were all on the ball. I've never had any trouble with BOA as a whole, both personally for 20 years and now for a small business. They ask the same questions of everyone and share common policies with other banks to proactively prevent bank fraud with new accounts, but never once has it prevented me from getting what I needed done in a timely manner. Always one teller with a long wait
I always have a great banking experience with banker Twyonna at this location. She has great customer service, courteous, personable, thorough, and always takes care of my banking needs. She is the best banker at this location and the only one that I like to assist me. Twyonna is the epitome of what an excellent banker should be and represents Bank of America perfectly! I wish that I could give her a raise for being such an outstanding employee and for always brightening up my day. Thank a million! :)
