I've lived in Stamford for 3 years, and this branch is awful. Usually very understaffed with only one teller working at an extremely slow speeds. For being in the heart of downtown and being extremely busy, you would think they would hire more tellers. But I guess Bank of America rather you go to Chase bank if you want a speedy transaction with your money and decent customer service.Â
Louis Grandes was so rude. What happen to customer service be nice to people.Â
