No qualified technically app support. Many problems with on-line app. After many visits in person & on line hours only one customer service person found out the real problem to connect a business checking & personal checking to do online transfers. Bank too big to serve. Also need appointments to even open a checking account. Bank does not care about customers just bottom line.
Hoy fui al banco a sacar dinero lo que me molesto mucho es que el cajero me dio un billete falso de 100 dólares fui adentro a decirle a los trabajadores y me respondieron muy mal me dijeron que no podían hacer nada porque el cajero es cajero ya dentro es otra cosa intenté volver a meter ese billete falso al cajero y no me lo resolvió, ahora me puedo dar cuenta que ese banco es muy estafadores dejen de poner billetes falsos en los cajeros porfavor! I would give zero stars to this branch, but that option is not available. This branch NEVER picks up the phone. Brenda cancelled my appointment at the last minute because their specialist was not available. This appointment was made through the BofA app 2 wks in advance. Really?! It took Brenda 2 wks to call and tell me that the specialist was not available? What types of protocols are the associates at this branch executing? Brenda is friendly and patient. Nice service in BoA! Remember to make an appointment in advance, or you may save the trip.
Overall, this place feels chaotic, as if everyone recently completed their teller training and is trying to impress management. Stay with a local bank if you can.
