This bank never answers the phone. I mean NEVER. Had to come in to ask a question I should’ve been able to ask by phone, only to have wasted my time because they don’t offer the service that’s listed on their profile. (Notary). What is happening to customer service?!Â

Had an appointment at 12pm for a Loan, came in 12:05ish, 2 bank assistants were helping people 1 was doing nothing. Stood in the middle of the lobby, waiting to get help. 1 lady named Tere finishes with a customer to my left , and walks out her office section few minutes later. She walks right past me and goes to the gentlemen sitting to my right.
