Received a cashier's check from this branch, when a call was placed to verify funds , the manager Adrian refused to verify. I have been a customer for 25+ years , this is unacceptable service.
Pésima atención la señora de ahí le comenzó a gritar a mi esposo en lugar de como decirle a hacerlo nomas le empezó a decir así no se ahí ahí no es, nomas nos ayudó para nada y me hizo sentir muy incómoda el banco es bueno pero el personal es basura 🗑️
I had an issue with a transaction and the manager at this branch, Demet, assistant manager Denise and Small Business Banker Eddie went out of their way to take care of it with their headquarters. They all assisted me and spent time on this cycle. The issue was resolved shortly after due to their efforts and excellent customer service. I highly recommend dealing with Demet, Denise and Eddie and am very thankful for their help.
