Mi esposa y yo tuvimos dos citas en sucursal y desde que llegamos todo el staff nos trató muy bien. La ejecutiva Elizabeth Jimenez nos dió una excelente atención explicando todo paso a paso de manera muy detallada y amigable. Tuvo paciencia en las cosas que no entendíamos y nos ayudó a manejar la app de manera correcta. En general tuvimos muy buena experiencia en Bank of America y con Elizabeth Jimenez. Lo recomiendo.
