I had a very disappointing experience at the Owings Mills Bank of America branch. I went in to request a $2,000 cashier’s check and to withdraw $5,400 from my account. The teller (African lady) told me that because the funds were still “processing,” even though the bank had already credited the full amount to my account and it showed as available, she could not release the money to me.
