I had a very disappointing experience at the Owings Mills Bank of America branch. I went in to request a $2,000 cashier’s check and to withdraw $5,400 from my account. The teller (African lady) told me that because the funds were still “processing,” even though the bank had already credited the full amount to my account and it showed as available, she could not release the money to me. If I could give this location ZERO stars I would. Very disappointed, I went to this location a whole hour before they close, mind you they were not busy at all not a single soul in the bank. All I wanted to do was to add my son to an existing account that was it, after they asked what I needed they told me they were waiting for an appointment which the appointment never showed up.
