I am starting to question my over 20 years as a customer of Bank of America and this branch added to it. I attempted to remove myself as a custodian of my daughters account, which requires you to go in to the branch and was turned away by 2 people sitting behind the front desk and another person sitting in the back office and because I didn’t have an appointment. I tried to book an appointment online, which doesn’t work. Easiest thing to do to work with this bank is to transfer your money out so you don’t have to.

I went today to make a deposit in the new account for the non-profit I run and activate the debit card. I stopped just inside the door and looked around to see where I needed to go. Justin, the branch manager, greeted me and asked me what I needed. He showed me which teller to go to in order to make the deposit. After making the deposit, the teller, Maya, came from behind the counter and showed me to her office where she assisted me in activating the debit card and ordering checks. Realmente es increíble sus servicios fui el día de hoy y nos trataron excelente,cuando entramos al lugar estaba un muchacho muy atento que nos ayudó muchísimo y nos llevó con la señorita Thuy Partney y de verdad que son muy amables y te ayudan con todo lo que necesites los recomiendo muchísimo gracias que dios los bendiga
