Just don’t like Bank of America policies. As a non member they charge to cash check from them which is ridiculous.
This location is close to my home & frequent customer for 2+ years. The Lobby used to be vibrant with many customers & excellent customer service. Now, it's like a ghost town & only one teller ~ Staff going downhill. Google reviews ~ only 3 stars, so I am not the only dissatisfied customer. Current manager, Ms. Paul, is smug, condescending, and outright rude. I will never go to that location again. Ms. Paul is a disgrace to BoA from this customer's experience.
The slowest and worst bank in jacksonville. Save your time and go elsewhere.
