My husband likes this bank and sent me there. He's blonde. I am not. When I went, they helped the lady in front of me who was doing the same type of transaction that I needed to do. She was also blonde. When it came to be my turn the only person who could complete my transaction was on lunch and was not to be disturbed again because she just helped the woman in front of me. Therefore I was turned away. I had to find a new location to go pull out my money. Now I have to find a new banking institution!
