This branch has everything I need. Never thought to sit down and talk to an investment broker about some option. Thank you Ms Jean Paul for suggesting it

They have consistently been understaffed, so expect to wait substantially longer than usual!!! They have no sense of urgency. They literally have only one teller working, and it has been this way for at least the last 6 months. Stay clear!
I am starting to question my over 20 years as a customer of Bank of America and this branch added to it. I attempted to remove myself as a custodian of my daughters account, which requires you to go in to the branch and was turned away by 2 people sitting behind the front desk and another person sitting in the back office and because I didn’t have an appointment. I tried to book an appointment online, which doesn’t work. Easiest thing to do to work with this bank is to transfer your money out so you don’t have to.
Rude staff. Only 2 people working there. Very slow
