The worst branch I’ve ever visited. It was obvious that staff had plenty of downtime, yet I still waited more than 20 minutes in an almost empty branch just to have a document notarized. This branch appears to lack effective management and organization. My time was not respected, and the experience was extremely frustrating. I will not be returning to this location.
