Trish Couch is one of the worst “bankers” I have ever encountered in my life as a customer service representative for over 14 years. A family member of mine made an appointment to make an account at 1 p.m. We arrived 5 minutes early only for Trish to tell my family member to download the app and to make an account while they sit in the lobby. BOA customer for 20 years. Came in to the empty location today to have one form notarized and was told they were “booked up” for the day. Got the feeling they just didn’t want to bother.
I talked to Robert to get a cashiers check for a recent car purchase, he was very kind and helpful.
Worst bank. STAY AWAY if your a business owner. Next day electric deposits are.always a day late, they hold checks from Major insurance companies 10 days. I have other offices with other banks and no issues. This bank causes issues with covering payroll because they hold money. Started earlier this year holding small amounts, like 10%, now they hold 100% on an account that has never overdrafted or had fraud. Can't get an answer from anyone.
The hours of this bank is ridiculous. Why would you close at 4pm? Does a person have to take off work to go there to schedule an appt? I'll be moving my money over the Fifth Third.
