Bank of America’s mission is “to help make financial lives better through the power of every connection.” Unfortunately, the Glastonbury branch manager demonstrates the opposite. Tellers and staff are professional, polite and patient.
Came in to service my accounts, worked with Yu Xiang Lin and the branch Manager Flor. They were very friendly and professional. I got what I needed done in a timely manner and talked about my financial goals. Great team, definitely recommend.
It was a very trying time for me since I just lost my husband and I had to close out three accounts. I just want to let you know that Bank of America in Glastonbury, especially Amy Hallman was the most wonderful experience to help me close my accounts and feel comfortable with dealing in Bank of America after being told how awful they are to deal with. If you want great customer service and someone with compassion, Amy Hallman at the Glastonbury BOA is your go to person. I was dealing with a loss of my spouse and paperwork to try and figure out and she was right there with me. Helped me and assured everything was done and processed on time and it brought me such great release to know that somebody cared and knew what I was going through. She is a great asset to Bank of America.
