We had a wonderful experience recently with Patricia Sanchez at the Glastonbury BOA branch. We wanted to make an account ownership change with a friend from Western Connecticut, and Patricia was friendly, courteous, competent and professional in all aspects of the transaction. Definitely would recommend her for any future banking needs you might have in the future.

The Manager approached me while I was waiting in the lobby and offered help right away, which truly stood out. We had really great service today from Abbey and the Manager. They were both very helpful and pleasant.
Bank of America’s mission is “to help make financial lives better through the power of every connection.” Unfortunately, the Glastonbury branch manager demonstrates the opposite. When I asked for help with a credit reporting issue, she showed no interest, no effort, and no guidance—only repeating “call the number on the back of the card.” As a long-time customer with multiple personal and business accounts, I expected at least an attempt to connect and assist.
