I recently visited the Glasatonbury Branch to sucure a bank check for purchasing a watch from a NYC luxury watch store. The teller expressed her concern about the risk of fraud when makinng such purchases; she suggested a wire transfer or Zelle transaction may be more secure. Unfortunaley, the amount in question exceeded the Zelle limit and I needed to make an apopintment to affect the wire transfer. We had a wonderful experience recently with Patricia Sanchez at the Glastonbury BOA branch. We wanted to make an account ownership change with a friend from Western Connecticut, and Patricia was friendly, courteous, competent and professional in all aspects of the transaction. Definitely would recommend her for any future banking needs you might have in the future.
