Our company signed up for the check scanner. It doesn't work and needs to be re-booted and tested each time I use it, therefore it makes no sense to have when I can just deposit with my BOA app. I called and spoke with a few representatives who all told me that BOA cannot do anything about the broken product OR the charge of $250 for cancelling the contract. And I am a few days outside the 30 day grace period. Still doesn't matter, they literally could do NOTHING for me. So now I get to keep the broken scanner and pay $15/mo... read more
The experience I had at this branch made me withdraw all my money and close my account. Will not be banking with BofA anymore.
