Has to be the worst bank on the east end. If you need to see a teller, clear your schedule because it’s going to be a while…every week I go in, there’s a line of people, and 1 teller. Every. Single. Time. They move at 1 speed. Slow. Also very very rude and inconsiderate tellers. Made a sizable deposit to my account and was told the money would be cleared and in my account within 24 hours, 24 hours later still not showing in my account, when I asked why it wasn’t showing, I was told “what do you want me to do about it?” I cou... read more
Every time I needed help they helped me very well.
There is ALWAYS a line because they only have one teller helping people while four others sit around at desks.
