Every time I needed help they helped me very well.Â
There is ALWAYS a line because they only have one teller helping people while four others sit around at desks.Â
This Bank has the worst customer service. There’s only one teller available 90% of the time and they always seemed overwhelmed. I got so upset from having to deal with this that I’m thinking about closing my account and going to another Bank. They really need to fix this situation ASAP, Especially if they’re gonna try to operate in East Hampton where Customer service is expected to be five star.Â
