I did have issue with Bank of America online services. So I decided to go to this local branch. Brenda, the Financial Center Manager welcome me at the door and sent me to Karla, Senior Banker to help me with my problem. They were extremely helpful and knowledgeable, issue was resolved in a timely manner. This location also have representative from Merrill Edge to help you with your investment needs. I definitely recommend this Bank of America location and will be going back when needed.
