Neelu is a very great helper. I love the way she make everything quick understanding and easy. And she encourages all her clients which is so motivating mostly for me as a young adult.
I had a visit to the Arlington Heights branch and met with my lawyer for a Trust Account. We met with Neelu and she was amazing! My lawyer was rude and abrupt and she literally spoke up for me very kindly saying why are you treating her that way? She’s a good client here and you should treat her with respect and not talk so rudely to her in that manner. Neelu is always very kind and understanding with me and always explaines things to me.
