Nice staff. But they where trying to hold my check from another bank of America customer for 7 days last month. I had to call myself to get it early. Now again I'm having issues, manager is not very efficient and can't really do much but apologize.
Absolutely Horrendous Service, the phone number they have for this store is never answered. I have spend more than 2hrs trying to reach someone to speak about a minor problem. Unfortunately I’m not able to go to the store so I’m forced to rely on a phone number that is never answered. What is the point of have a Number to call when you don’t answer it!!!!!!!!
They wouldn’t cash a check I received from a client because I didn’t have an account with them and to verify the checks was a TWO HOUR wait and a fee of $16 per check!!
