They wouldn’t cash a check I received from a client because I didn’t have an account with them and to verify the checks was a TWO HOUR wait and a fee of $16 per check!!

The absolute worst . The business clients line is always closed. They never seem to have enough tellers. You'd think they'd want to keep their business clients happy and take care of them but no. I have no idea what's going on in this bank but there seems to be a huge leadership issue or they need to hire more people because this is just ridiculous. I dread coming here but sadly I have to for business reasons. If you're wondering about banking here or not, save yourself the headache and just stay away from here. Horrible ser... read more
This Bank has gotten worst the lines to make a simple deposit is insane , STAY AWAY from Bank from San Juan location. Sadly my employer banks here I would never Bank here! 😡😡
