This is not a bank no tellers. It may as well just be an ATM machine. The people inside just point you to the machines. If you want to waste 30 minutes or so just try to bank here.
My experience with Todd Greenberg at Bank of America was by far the most disrespectful, unprofessional, and outright hateful encounter I have ever had.
