I have my Driver license and my Debit card with my new last name and I want to change in the account and I now that I don't need a marriage certificate and I already have a ID with my new last name! They try everything they can to justify not helping me! Great job on that!
Always crazy slow. Just awful
The people at this particular agency are incredibly friendly; they understand you and assist you in your language. The bank manager greets you and addresses your needs. Pedro Giamondi has also been very kind, providing us with notary services in Spanish and explaining all the details. It's comforting to know that there are people who understand you and will attend to your needs in any language.
The staff were very helpful and made our process of account opening very smooth. Especially, Catherine and Usha
