We already have few accounts with BOA. Last week, we visited Bank of America Bellingham MA branch to open my 16-year-old son’s very first account. The staff was incredibly welcoming, patient, and knowledgeable, taking the time to explain everything clearly. Special thanks to Ms. Usha Malik and Ms. Fanny Cuevas Minaya, both of them stayed well past bank closing time to finish the account setup and making sure both my son and I felt comfortable throughout the process. This branch was amazing. Friendly, knowledgeable and incredibly supportive . Michael assisted me with several issues that I could have opted to request online or over the phone, however he patiently assisted me in-person with each one, generously giving of time and expertise. I highly recommend this branch , especially for anything in person needed!
