I had an appt today with my elderly parents to discuss options and ease transactions for all. We worked with Roy and he was professional, knowledgeable, patient and very kind to my parents. Roy engaged both of them in conversation about their life as individuals as well as together. My parents and I left comfortable and pleased with our service. Thank you Roy.
I have received excellent, professional services from both Roy and Caitlin while closing out one checking account due to fraud concerns and opening a new one. Both of them were easy to talk with, took extra time to explain my options and made it less stressful which I greatly appreciated. Lastly, I found the manager of this bank location to be engaging and showed interest in making sure I was treated in both a timely and respectful manner. I was extremely pleased on all levels.

I was in The Bank of America at 288 Hartford Ave in Bellingham today Tuesday July 7th 2026 to Cash a Large $25 check. When I walked in I was the 5th person in line with one Teller. Lucky me a 2nd Teller opened and I got her. The Teller's Name was "Fanny". I put my Red Card in the machine and told her I would like to Cash the $25 check and get 5 $5 Bills.
