Went through the whole customer service automated tree and then at the end said sorry we can't continue further due to extenuating circumstances and then hung up before trying to connect me to an actual person? Took all morning to enter in so much info into the system, such a waste of time.
Excellent customer service
I came in to deposit a cashiers check and then immediately reissue it to a car dealership in town. The team DID NOT tell me it would have a 10 day hold. Then told me too bad the money has been deposited and they could do nothing to fix it. Really incredible how incompetent this team is given I told them exactly what I needed to do as soon as I walked in the door. Another example of how terrible BofA service is.
They cannot take a check with additional principal. You have to provide two checks. What a frustrating experience. Now I remember why I don’t enjoy working with bank.
Won’t let you exchange for quarters unless you have an account with them (unlike many other banks). You’re literally a bank
