I've banked with BofA for almost 15 years and frequent this branch. Don't come here for ANY critical transactions. November 2025 I bought a house and needed to wire the down payment to close the week of Thanksgiving. The archaic online portal wouldn't let me proceed, so I came here. I was helped by Renan and we transferred the very large sum of money to the title company and he sent me on my way with congratulations. Or so I thought. Went through the whole customer service automated tree and then at the end said sorry we can't continue further due to extenuating circumstances and then hung up before trying to connect me to an actual person? Took all morning to enter in so much info into the system, such a waste of time.
