One way in, one way out, no ATM, and a narrow curved driveway you have to follow that wouldn't even fit most pickup trucks. And look at all the negative reviews from people who actually tried to get service at this branch. There are three other banks from different companies within about a quarter of a mile!

Friend went in to just get a simple matter taken care of and 0 tellers just office cubicles. She waited 15min and then left without resolving her issue. Awful parking and don't even try turning left out of there (too much traffic).

I have been BOA customer for more than 20 years, and this is the most ridiculous branch I have been too. I need something notarized, so I called last week. The lady answered the phone said, we MIGHT have someone next week. I was rather puzzled. I asked, what do you mean by MIGHT? She answered we are not sure. Do you want to make an appointment? I figured what she meant is that if I make an appointment, she will make sure the notary to be there. So I made the appointment. Today I arrived at the branch at the appointed time. A... read more

Went to this branch on 4/30/26 to close a credit card account as POA for a relative. Guy there told me I needed to call number on back of card. I questioned this twice asking to submit the POA in person and he insisted the branch can't do anything but call. Called the number and was told 4x that I needed to go to a branch despite me repeating that the branch said the opposite.
