Door sensor doesn’t work so you can’t access the ATM. I see this has been a reported problem for years now.
Awful concept. This is a financial center with no tellers. The only thing you can do in addition to using a regular atm is “video call” someone. Whoever thought of this idea cost this bank a customer forever. Terrible bank. Do not use.
Door security is faulty, I can't even get in to use the ATM because the debit card mechanism does not work properly.
Not an actual bank branch! Just a place you can Zoom with a person who tells you that you need to go to a real bank branch to do the thing you want to do. They can Google the address of a real bank branch for you.
