I had an appointment for a problem that I was having. Lefteris was very helpful and I was done real quick. Great service
Bank of America has turned into a Mickey mouse bank. The service is so poor I much rather put my money under a mattress. You can't get an appointment for well over a week within a 20 mile radius. Their people don't know what they're doing. If I had to think of a service provider that's worse than Bank of America only one name comes to mind and that is United airlines. The worst branch ever. Every time I go there I have to wait 30 min to do anything. Only 2 People working behind the counter and they have 20 employees they just walking around.
terrible bank I went to the bank to ask for information and they told me that I would need a note but that I could only make a note online through the app so I went into the app and tried to make a note at all the bank branches but none were available When I called the help center they told me that they don't have access to it and that they couldn't help me without counting all the times I tried to use the bank's ATM and my card got stuck there or I deposited money but when it was time to confirm the price was wrong I don't ... read more
