Easy and very friendly staff
Terrible customer service. They refuse to help in any way. Seems like they don’t want business and they are extremely rude. It seems like they don’t want to help and I called 30 times before I went in and they didn’t answer their phones.
I had a very disappointing experience at this Bank of America branch. I stopped in for a simple request, two rolls of quarters. Because of the new branch layout without a dedicated teller window, I was asked to sit on the couch and wait. I ended up waiting over 15 minutes for what should have been a basic, routine transaction. When I asked the manager, Chandler Collins, why such a simple task was taking so long, he explained that the new Bank of America format does not allow them to handle basic banking efficiently. I wish I could give the "staff" there a negative 1 million. They gave my wife the wrong information for the balance due; she grossly over paid due to their error. Then the manager said "we won't return the funds you just have to use the c/c"; which is wrong & illegal. To add insult to injury their automated system tried to pull a huge amount of $$ even though we had a huge credit on the account. I went in to get more info on the $500 if you open a checking account. First Rep had no clue on the ?'s I posed, then put me onto a "Senior Banker" which his plaque read. He had no answers for my ?'s then left the room. 10 min the first Rep came in and said "you got us the advertisement reads payroll deposits, and direct deposits, but 'we at BOA' do not consider weekly 1099 deposits payroll".
