I went in to get more info on the $500 if you open a checking account. First Rep had no clue on the ?'s I posed, then put me onto a "Senior Banker" which his plaque read. He had no answers for my ?'s then left the room. 10 min the first Rep came in and said "you got us the advertisement reads payroll deposits, and direct deposits, but 'we at BOA' do not consider weekly 1099 deposits payroll". Worst banking experience I’ve had. Really makes me want to move my money elsewhere. Management is incompetent, unhelpful, and it is apparent the staff is untrained. Please replace her and find someone friendly and helpful. Totally unprofessional.
