Bank of America's wire service is broken. I have to wait for long time to get my domestic wire approved. I became a hostage because their remote wire processing team takes forever to approve my simple domestic wire! If I leave the bank branch, my wire in process will be cancelled. Just another poor customer experience! It happened to me before in a different branch in South Jordan, UT! I wish I can give them negative reviews!!!
Curious how many bad reviews this particular branch is going to get before something is done. A 2.8 overall review rating is terrible.. I went in to cash a check from selling my car. I knew better than to try and use the mobile app for a larger check. I was treated like a thief! Fifty questions about what the check was for, even though the check was clearly from a car dealership. Meanwhile the girl helping me couldn’t have looked more unprofessional if she tried!
Easy and very friendly staff
Terrible customer service. They refuse to help in any way. Seems like they don’t want business and they are extremely rude. It seems like they don’t want to help and I called 30 times before I went in and they didn’t answer their phones.
