Getting a BOA credit card was the worst banking experience i ever had. Got a new card, then was asked to visit a financial institution to verify my ID's, drove over 3h to south Jordan for this. Was then told the problem was resolved, but i had the same issue once i tried to use my card the same day. Called and was asked to visit a financial institution again. Agents over the phone to seems not to care much, lady at the financial institution didn't either. The only fix iam being offered is another 3hrs drive to a boa branch. ... read more
