Worst banking experience I’ve had. Really makes me want to move my money elsewhere. Management is incompetent, unhelpful, and it is apparent the staff is untrained. Please replace her and find someone friendly and helpful. Totally unprofessional.
Three staff members there and not a single one of them could deposit a check or open a joint account for me and my fiancée. We were told we had to wait for someone to come back from their lunch break because apparently no one at this center knows how to do anything. Staff just standing around… telling us incorrect information that is not the same as online support. Wasted my lunch break. They got rid of the banking counters at all these locations, why not just get rid of physical locations entirely if you can’t staff it with... read more
