Curious how many bad reviews this particular branch is going to get before something is done. A 2.8 overall review rating is terrible.. I went in to cash a check from selling my car. I knew better than to try and use the mobile app for a larger check. I was treated like a thief! Fifty questions about what the check was for, even though the check was clearly from a car dealership. Meanwhile the girl helping me couldn’t have looked more unprofessional if she tried!
Easy and very friendly staff
Terrible customer service. They refuse to help in any way. Seems like they don’t want business and they are extremely rude. It seems like they don’t want to help and I called 30 times before I went in and they didn’t answer their phones.
I had a very disappointing experience at this Bank of America branch. I stopped in for a simple request, two rolls of quarters. Because of the new branch layout without a dedicated teller window, I was asked to sit on the couch and wait. I ended up waiting over 15 minutes for what should have been a basic, routine transaction. When I asked the manager, Chandler Collins, why such a simple task was taking so long, he explained that the new Bank of America format does not allow them to handle basic banking efficiently.
