Bank of America, more like worst Bank of America. I was in there today as the only client/customer and somehow they told me it would be a 10+ minute wait to get anything done. They’re totally useless
Very disappointing experience at this branch. Every time I try to deposit a check, they refuse it for different reasons, even though other Bank of America branches accept the same checks without hesitation. This branch needs more consistency and better customer service.
Great service! Staff are very nice and patient. Shout out to Aysel Zakariyeva and the manager and other staff who helped me today!
My personal experience at this branch was a great one. Everyone was extremely professional, welcoming and friendly. Shout out to Renée (apologies if I spell it wrong) and Leyland, both were wonderful to me and helping me out. Very personable; lovely conversations. It would be a pleasure to work with them again if I needed any help. I wish them all the best and success!
