5 months ago I already left a review about this bank office, but today I found a lot of negative reviews, but none of my good ones. I don't know why they deleted a good review. Nice people work at this place; they always greet me at the entrance and try to help. I've been to other offices and everywhere I had to wait and have other delays. I give these guys 5 stars.
Wife opened an account online she was told that she had to appear at a branch to be verified so we drove to Pittsburgh (twice) the first office in West Miflin listed on the web was closed permanently. Then we drove to another location in the South Hills. But it’s just a video branch (???). Second trip to PGh and we went to the branch in East Liberty.
