Got a cashier's check here. Friendly and professional service with reasonable wait time.
Spent 10 minutes trying to close my account there. They said it would be another 30 minutes before someone could help me. They gave me a number to customer support and said that would be much faster. I've spent the last hour trying to get in touch with their customer support team to close my account. No great BofA.
