I had an extremely disappointing experience with Bank of America. Their lack of professionalism and competence has caused me significant frustration, wasted time and money. I’ve had a lot of issues with my account over the last couple days. The new Albany location and the manager treated me quite poorly but the Westerville shrock rd location treated me very well Mandy & Zeke took amazing care of me and solved my issue.
I open my account in your bank the service was very good throughout the meeting session with Biswas the manager . Thanks to him for open account in BofA
Deposited a cashier's check from another bank and asked about a hold and was told - "No hold needed as this is a certified check from another bank. Your funds will be available tomorrow." ** Later in the day a SEVEN DAY HOLD was placed on the funds "for my protection." ***** SEE BELOW FOR THEIR CONDSCENDING RESPONSE AND LACK OF EMPATHY OR RESOLUTION. It turns out the REAL problem was my expectation! How could I be so dumb!?!? I truly hope that Bank of America can forgive the transgression.
