I asked the teller for $100 bills with good condition for total amount $2.000 because I am going for travelling with the teller name L...but she is not nice. So arrogant. I am a good customer at BOA Waltham. But with BOA they have to treat customer nicely, eventhough I am not open my account in this BOA Sudbury. Big bank but low service.
I was hesitant to go to this branch due to the negative reviews from a while back. I had a positive experience. I had transactions that had to be done in person. The only reason I had to wait was because of the customer in front of me wanted something specific that took some time.
