Horrible bank. Horrible employees. Save yourself the hassle. Go to another bank And their attempt to make things right is even worse.
What a terrible experience. I’ve been using BoA for 19 years and haven’t had any complaints until now. I went in to get a cashiers check at this location the other day. Despite opening at 9am, the lady slowly walked to unlock the door at 9:06 then had me wait for the guy working there to get set up. I was almost late to work at this point and I let the guy know I was in a hurry. He takes literally forever and then refuses to print me a cashiers check bc my maiden name is on my BoA profile.
