Does anyone actually work here? I’ve been sitting in the lobby for 30 mins waiting on a teller that is out to lunch, while I watch 3 other people just sit playing in their cell phones.
The worst. I have been banking with BofA for over 25 years. I made an appointment for medallion signature. After wasting an inordinate amount of time, the needed documents were never processed. Zachary Davis was the individual that I dealt with. Clearly incompetent. Avoid.
So many negative reviews, maybe about prior service, but my current experience was excellent. Friendly and helpful staff, particularly Chandrika. Only negative experience is trying to get a phone call answered by a human.
Rj is the best banker I have worked with. I am New to the area and needed information on what financial services are offered. He went over only checking account services but lending options for the purchase of my home. This is the best Bank of America so far! Please ask for RJ Jabbar!
