This bank used to be great, but it’s closing now, so go get your safe deposit box emptied. Get the safe deposit box empty before October 15th.
If only zero stars were an option. Every time I enter this bank I am disappointed by the customer service. Several years ago I visited to open an account for my son. At the time we carried a significant amount of savings with the bank. We were asked to come back at another time as the CSA we spoke with in the lobby turned away to speak to another inbound customer. Just today I entered to cash a check drawn against my own account at another bank. I was told that there would be 2 week hold on my account until the check cleared... read more
