Great experience and superb service from Ms. Tara Schilling and Ms. Kylee Sweeten. We had an appointment and were seen right on time. They were both very professional and kind, and got everything done quickly and efficiently. Five stars and highly recommended!
Waited an absurdly amount of time to make simple deposits. One teller??? Who does that!!! It's ridiculous

I've always had pleasant experiences while doing business at the Chagrin B.O.A. branch. I was able to make a very large withdraw with little to no problem. There was a lack of identification on my part, because my birthday had just passed days before and my license was expired. Although I couldn't withdraw my money at that second...the teller was able to instruct me on which items of identification I needed to receive my money.
