After hours swipe or tap access doesn’t work. Looks like this has been an issue since last year… please remove the signage if you aren’t going to offer that service to people trying to access the ATM before or after the posted hours.

You know what, I prefer the robot. I call in to make a payment on my credit card and the rep is poking and prodding for personal information regarding the account and I just tell her I want to make a payment since I don’t have an account with BOA, but a credit card with BOA. At least the robot isn’t intrusive and just processes the payment.
Never go to this ATM after 4pm. They have a fake sign there which says that the door to access the ATM will open if you swipe a bank card. But, this is fake information. I swiped all my bank cards and the gate didn’t open. Will take my business elsewhere. Avoid this location.
I think they removed the ATM machine.
