Manager was very unhelpful and unprofessional. She told me my credits were pending I went down to university bank of America had no problem withdrawing my money. Hire new staff and managers please!Â
The lady with thick glasses is probably the worst person ever to give any customer service, very rude and arrogant, no help at allÂ
The reader that leads you into the ATM room after hours did not work with card or app. Customer service automated number said the wait was too long and asked for call back. BofA security number automated number just hung up on me. What a waste of time.Â
