Absolutely the worst bank I have ever dealt with. The manager wouldn't cash a legitimate check. Wouldn't allow the customer that wrote the check to verify anything at all. Started asking me why I did not deposit this into my account instead of cashing the check ?? Which is actnone of their business . Shameka Parker was awesome . I needed a document notarized and she was able to accommodate me without an appointment. She also addressed my home mortgage needs and scheduled an appointment for my husband and I to come in and speak with her. I am so pleased to have such great customer service provided by her. Really poor service, management need to wake up
Extremely professional and polite clerks. We were transferring money from our savings account to our checking. Joint accounts. Both had to show ID and provide debit card. Tellers make sure you are account holders. And we were only transferring funds. Professional service.
This pocket-sized Bank of America Financial Center is both classy in design and pleasantly staffed. While the teller area is a bit limited in terms of windows, the overall layout has a bit of a throwback charm to it. It doesn’t seem to get overwhelmed with foot traffic, which makes for a more relaxed and efficient visit. The staff is courteous and professional, and the atmosphere is clean and calm. Keep up the great work! A solid example of how smaller branches can still deliver big on service.
