John was wonderful to work with. He helped me update my last name on my account after getting married, and made the entire process quick and easy. He was incredibly friendly and personable, and clearly explained the process and what I needed to do along the way. Everything was handled quickly and smoothly. I really appreciated how welcoming and helpful he was. I hadn't needed to go into a branch since moving to Conroe, but I am grateful we have a great team at our local branch.
