Came around 340 lobby isn't opened like what hours are 10-4 smh 🤦🏽♀️here it is right now 205 pm website shows open they aren't opened once again, I swear bank of America sucks so bad.
Edit: Service quality improved significantly
If you want immediate access to your money including deposits,do not use BofA! Every time I've made a deposit, they hold it for more than a week! I'd say I'll take my money elsewhere, but I can't get it til next week!! They also hold all my electronic transfers in and out! So frustrating!
