Good heavens! I have an issue with a small credit card transaction, and I CAN'T GET THROUGH TO ANYBODY. I've tried the credit card people 6 times, and am on hold forever. I set up a phone call with my local branch, and he transferred me back to the credit card queue...where I again sat on hold forever. This is a weak excuse for a bank. I am moving my accounts to TD Bank.
