I had an excellent experience with Bank of America. The staff was professional, friendly, and took the time to answer all of my questions. They made the entire banking process smooth and stress-free, and I always felt valued as a customer. Of course making it convenient to manage my accounts anytime. Came in to make a cash deposit and the experience was disappointing from start to finish. The staff greeter seemed confused about why I was there and asked me in a condescending tone if I even had a debit card—as if I had no business being there. Two employees then huddled together whispering, which felt very unwelcoming. On top of that, the cash deposit counter was actually closed and had to be unlocked just to serve me.
