I echo the reviews of others. Jackey is a terrible manager and incredibly unhelpful and rude. I have had my Bank of America checking account for over 20 years but the terrible customer service (in person at the branch, online, and through the phone) caused me to close my account. It's sad that greed has taken over the bank to the point that I can't even get assistance anymore. All the staffs are extremely helpful and polite. Especially shoutout to Marian 5/5 customer service.
I was extremely disappointed with my experience at the branch. The manager, Jackie, seemed dismissive and uninterested in addressing my concerns. She didn’t even pretend to care! I felt completely unheard and undervalued as a customer. It was so frustrating that I considered closing my account. This level of service is unacceptable and needs to be addressed. Do better, BOA!
The bankers at Bank of America are truly amazing. Jacky is manager and she goes above and beyond to help, no matter how many calls to upper management it takes to get approvals. Her staff seem to enjoy working with her, which says a great deal about her positive management style. Gamal has a heart of gold. He was fantastic to work with and added a personal touch; he wanted to learn about my financial goals and needs as well as encourage more long-term growth. Levi was also great to work with.
