Wanted to open an account but when there’s 2 bankers free I had to wait 30 mins to be seen. I’ll take my business elsewhere who values my time a bit better. Used to be a client but account was closed due to inactivity for no reason. WITH FUNDS.

I went there yesterday to take out cash to pay my rent today. I was profiled because I guess I was dressed down? I was using my calculator on my phone while on the atm to determine how much I needed and an advisor or teller came to the next atm next to me to use it…which I found odd.
