I visited the bank branch in Stamford and was very satisfied with the service. The staff were extremely professional, attentive, and polite. They patiently listened to all my questions and helped resolve every issue, even despite my imperfect English. I am sincerely grateful to the team for their support, understanding, and high level of customer service. I highly recommend this branch to anyone who values friendly and high-quality service.
I came to this branch to do a wire transfer, and there’s not a single person here that could help. I was just pointed to the mobile app or online banking…and of course their website and app are terrible.
Wanted to open an account but when there’s 2 bankers free I had to wait 30 mins to be seen. I’ll take my business elsewhere who values my time a bit better. Used to be a client but account was closed due to inactivity for no reason. WITH FUNDS.
