I went there yesterday to take out cash to pay my rent today. I was profiled because I guess I was dressed down? I was using my calculator on my phone while on the atm to determine how much I needed and an advisor or teller came to the next atm next to me to use it…which I found odd. I went to open a bank account and Ritu Lyer was such a great helper with everything, I felt very welcomed and the whole process was very simple!
Living in the neighborhood, this is my go-to Bank of America. It never disappoints. Stacey-Ann is very helpful and kind! For example, on a busy week day at the bank, I had an issue with a check that took some research. She not only resolved the issue but she helped many customers who walked in simultaneously. Ebonie A. is likewise great! She always has a positive attitude and it’s always a quick withdrawal or deposit process.
