For example, on a busy week day at the bank, I had an issue with a check that took some research. She not only resolved the issue but she helped many customers who walked in simultaneously. Ebonie A. is likewise great! She always has a positive attitude and it’s always a quick withdrawal or deposit process.

Used to exchange change without being a customer and now they don’t allow it. Glad I am not a customer as I would’ve been worse off.
