What was once a reliable bank has slowly declined into a cold, unrecognizable bureaucratic nightmare. Trying to resolve even the simplest issue is a guaranteed battle against infinite hold times, ill-informed representatives, and policies seemingly designed to obstruct, not assist. The in person experience even more intolerable, the blank vacant stares--I can't even. I moved my money out this branch long ago, sadly managing others accounts still there is just a video horror show. You have banking choices
Wonderful kind staff. Extremely knowledgeable. They greeted me and after learning my situation, took me to the teller for my withdrawal and the manager Nicole Dennis was very helpful
