The afternoon security guard will not let anyone up despite renting out an office. Really need to go over customer service and not fair to be denied entry when you pay rent on time. Train your staff better

Review: This branch of Bank of America consistently delivers a frustrating experience. Each visit, the manager’s first action is to discourage us from staying, insisting that service will take an hour and a half, even when there is only one customer ahead of us. This behavior repeats every time, as if the default solution is to push clients away instead of managing the line. The result is inefficiency, poor service, and a dismissive attitude toward customers’ time.
