Worked with Joseph. He insisted we do a wire transfer for a real estate closing next day using app on phone. Never told us the wire could take 2 days. Closing lawyer didn't get wired money in time for closing. This branch never answers phones. Once again, Bank of America has messed up with our banking.
Worst management at this location, they always have 1 cashier working when it’s busy time of the day. Will be taking my business somewhere else
Impossible to get anybody to even answer the phone. Staff are rude and don't seem like they even care to help you.
