The black man with dreads, I went up to his window as he was free and mind you it’s 4:59, I need this check deposited and he sticks up his one finger to tell me to wait a minute, I stepped outside for a minute and they locked the door on me as it hit 5pm and now I can’t get my check deposited and I’m standing out here while all of them are looking at me.
I tried calling 3 different bank of Americas..No one answers the phone..I am trying to close out my account..Don't waste your time at this bank..SERIOUSLY
Worked with Joseph. He insisted we do a wire transfer for a real estate closing next day using app on phone. Never told us the wire could take 2 days. Closing lawyer didn't get wired money in time for closing. This branch never answers phones. Once again, Bank of America has messed up with our banking.
Worst management at this location, they always have 1 cashier working when it’s busy time of the day. Will be taking my business somewhere else
