Use the atm outside went inside to ask for the bathroom and tell me we don’t offer public bathroom how u deny the bathroom to a customer?
I usually do not have a problem at this location, however there's an older white lady with long brown hair working there that I have never dealt with before, that really needs to work on her professionalism.
Tried calling on behalf of a mutual customer today, and the bank couldn't even answer the phone (despite the customer having been on site just a few minutes earlier). Incredibly poor experience and horrible way to service customers. I also tried 9 other local branches, all to which didn't pick up either leaving their customer completely stranded.
Absolutely NO ONE will answer the phone!
