Deposited a check a week ago, on the ticket it says partial release on 6/9 @0900. I monitor it, nothing available. Try the online live chat, they have no explanation and give me 2 options on what I can do to have funds available sooner. No help on when or why it isn’t available. no lines but I do not like bank of America policies. Staff friendly but bank of America policies are inferior to other local banks. I had been a loyal customer for decades but left due to their changing policies. I went back to open another checking account but other banks offer much better rules and regulations. Corporate is not customer friendly. I have accounts at 2 other banks, the smaller banks are more concerned about customer needs and want your business.
