this is about BOA...and thier VERY POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE...BASICALLY IT SUCKS. I wrote a check back on 12/30/08, and then the next day called the bank to stop payment as "HOME COMPUTER REPAIR " OF ALEXANDER, NY,claimed to have fixed my system, but infact the tech Brando Cutitta, deleted all our files, including a 28 chapter book that our daughter had not yet backed up. I asked BOA, to stop the check in a verbal communication, and you guessed it, the represenative of the bank did not put a stop payment on that check...thus it... read more
