Came here on 1-15 and was greeted by a gentlemen, 10 mins later I was dealt with a lady by the name of Maricela Hernandez, she asked me for 2 forms of id, when I went to hand her my id, a paper card flew out of my folder and on the counter, she aggressively saids “why did you throw that at me” and before I could give her my ssc she aggressively saids “we don’t take that” without letting me get my social security and and very passive aggressive thru out the process. she accuses me of assaulting her. I enjoy the use of the ATM where I can make a payment on my credit card. Also, I can use the ATM even when the bank is closed. If I need to see a teller, they have been friendly and accommodating.
