Set up ann appointment but I'm sitting here waiting. What is the point of scheduling if they can't fit you in? Plus the on line scheduling is awful. I've planned my day around this and I am not happy
I have worked in the city of Roseland for 5 years and I never been treated like this in this town . I came to this bank to deposit my husband check into his account like I’ve done many times before at other BOA’s , right away the teller takes my check and my ID back to her supervisor. They both come out and start to grill me about the check . I give them all the information they needed and they claim the check could not be verified.
