Excellent experience! Jennifer Garrison who is Financial Center Manager was great! I'm a stroke survivor and unable to fill out forms. Jennifer not only helped me but was professional. She was very understanding and compassionate.
ATM’s got upgraded and haven’t seen them down yet
Every time I visited and / or called, it was a very unpleasant experience. With keeping in mind that customer service can be a very hard job and the customers need to be understanding. ATM’s are always down
My recent visit to this bank branch was a complete and utter waste of time. I came in to discuss a new account and was met with some of the most unprofessional and unhelpful staff I've ever encountered. First, I had to wait nearly 40 minutes just to speak with someone, even though the branch was practically empty. When I finally sat down, the representative seemed more interested in their computer screen than in helping me.
