ATM’s are always down
My recent visit to this bank branch was a complete and utter waste of time. I came in to discuss a new account and was met with some of the most unprofessional and unhelpful staff I've ever encountered. First, I had to wait nearly 40 minutes just to speak with someone, even though the branch was practically empty. When I finally sat down, the representative seemed more interested in their computer screen than in helping me.
