Quick and easy
Horrible trying to reach customer service via phone. Getting ready to dump B of A. Was just trying to get remaining balance, never mind. Dump B if A!
The tellers were pleasent,the guard stands at the back door where you park,very big bank on inside,there were only 3 people working 2 were tellers the third person was there taking for a teller that was going on a break..there were no one at the desks it was strange to go into this big bank and not see anyone at accounts/loan desks.
