Horrid! Unprofessional! I had two checks for deposit, from a known company. One to me,it was cashed. One to my son, who was me. We endorsed this, per the tellers instruction, both had IDs. I'm a long time customer w large accounts. After doing this, she refused to deposit this check. I called BOA, and they told me to go to my regular branch or deposit via phone, that it was NOT a problem! My branch was closed or I'd never have gone to this branch.
Excellent customer service at this branch. They helped me to set up my bank account. Thanks Erick. He was very professional.
