They need change the manger there asap
Needed help w/ a business account. They could not have cared less. Left the branch and called corporate. The rep I got on the phone handled my request in 10 minutes.
Friendly and helpful staff. Was greeted, and seen promptly. Genesis interviewed my needs and offered me insight on all my options, making sure to answer all my questions and provide me the best solution for my situation. This will be the branch location I choose for any future appointments and if I need advice or any additional accounts I will be talking to them first.
