I call this bank, Bank Against America. At the local branch, they never, ever pick up the phone. And they have discontinued bank boxes. But the problems go beyond this branch to B Against A as a whole - very,very bureaucratic - very hard to reach a person on the phone, with long wait times. It is also hard to schedule an appointment through their website. I’m filing a complaint with the corporate office as well but this team is so terrible, they need to be called out publicly. I was in line for over 30 minutes with only one person ahead of me. The manager, Gabriel’s Gordon-Clark, was “supervising” the teller who was helping and could not open a second register. Another staff person, Karen Castillo, was sitting idly in her cube doing nothing as the line approached 6+ people. When two elderly people walked to her to ask to open an account, she tuned them away saying it was her ... read more
