I call this bank Bank Against America. At the local branch, they never, ever pick up the phone. And they have discontinued bank boxes. But the problems go beyond this branch to B Against A as a whole - very,very bureaucratic - very hard to reach a person on the phone, with long wait times. It is also hard to schedule an appointment through their website. The website often does not work.
