The staff are unpleasant, inefficient, and unhelpful. In fact, they were nasty to me on multiple occasions as I was trying to settle the estate of my recently deceased husband. If someone in my situation can't expect a bit of kindness, I can only imagine how they treat other people. Avoid this bank at all costs. For what it's worth, I had very positive experiences with the Chase branch in Downtown Berkeley.

Can this even be called a Bank?? No one works here. Only one teller desk is open and they are extremely unhelpful

I'm not satisfied with their service at all. They are really good when it comes to depositing money into the bank but when scammers are trying to steal from your account they do not take any action or help the clients. They do not really care , all they want our money so they can invest. I'm switching the bank after being a valuable client for 11 years.

Waited in line for 30 minutes just to be told that we're closing in 30 minutes and you need an appointment to change your pin number. Told me to come back at 10 so it's more convenient for them. But didn't tell me to make an appointment? Sounds like someone just didn't want to do their job.
