Jenny helped my husband and I when we opened our bank account. I have returned and she’s been very helpful, professional, and kind. The rest of the staff as well.
I went to the Bank of America in La Mirada today and had two tasks to complete. I felt discriminated against by a teller, so I gave the branch a one-star rating. However, I don't want to include Mr. Dany Fuentes in this one-star review because he was very kind, courteous, and helped me complete my banking tasks, allowing me to leave the bank feeling happy. Poorly kept, smells like urine, the teller machines are filthy and disgusting. Need to power wash the front of bank side walks.
