I went to the Bank of America in La Mirada today and had two tasks to complete. I felt discriminated against by a teller, so I gave the branch a one-star rating. However, I don't want to include Mr. Dany Fuentes in this one-star review because he was very kind, courteous, and helped me complete my banking tasks, allowing me to leave the bank feeling happy.
