Very rude staff and horrible customer service! Avoid going there to avoid frustration and humility to yourself. There is a reason why there are only 2+ star reviews!!
Worse experience I had ever!! I had an issue of blocked credit card. So approach branch by booking appointment a week before. That was my 4th time to visit for same reason. On my first visit their customer representative did not solve my issue saying that she had another appointment. This was our first experience with Bank of America. We opened an acc online and had issues with making the account active for my mom. We called customer service and did see any results. We decided to walk in to the Bank of America branch in Cumming Downtown. We were greeted by this sweet lady Shobana. She offerred to assist us with the problem with had . I have been going to this branch for 30 years and they have been declining steadily. They do not even rate one star in fact they lost a cash deposit, maybe $3000, That I made a few weeks ago. They don't answer their phones EVER, Not even from internal Bank of America people. Unless the branch manager is brand new and was brought in to clean up this horrible operation then the branch manager should be terminated immediately.
