Very rude staff and horrible customer service! Avoid going there to avoid frustration and humility to yourself. There is a reason why there are only 2+ star reviews!!Ā
Worse experience I had ever!! I had an issue of blocked credit card. So approach branch by booking appointment a week before. That was my 4th time to visit for same reason. On my first visit their customer representative did not solve my issue saying that she had another appointment. When I visited next time other representative helped me and booked my appointment for other issue with other male representative. I went 15 mins before appointment. He was busy with other customer. This was our first experience with Bank of America. We opened an acc online and had issues with making the account active for my mom. We called customer service and did see any results. We decided to walk in to the Bank of America branch in Cumming Downtown. We were greeted by this sweet lady Shobana. She offerred to assist us with the problem with had .
