I don’t know why this branch gets poor reviews but after having received great service twice recently my 2c may help adjust the ratings! The lady on the reception podium is super helpful and friendly and was able to get to the bottom of an App issue that has my son unable to see his account correctly because he had an old account that was forgotten about. Shobha stepped in to do the necessary adjustments and we left happy that this was resolved without having to go online or into a phone queue…personal contact works so much ... read more
