Walked in wanting to open a bank account... was told No one was available to help me... Two people in offices doing nothing... Poor way to gain business.. I could have opened an account in less than 10minutes myself online but chose to go in an do it... Guess I made the wrong choice HORRIBLE customer service Wouldn't recommend to my worst enemy

Very rude staff and horrible customer service! Avoid going there to avoid frustration and humility to yourself. There is a reason why there are only 2+ star reviews!!
Worse experience I had ever!! I had an issue of blocked credit card. So approach branch by booking appointment a week before. That was my 4th time to visit for same reason. On my first visit their customer representative did not solve my issue saying that she had another appointment. When I visited next time other representative helped me and booked my appointment for other issue with other male representative. I went 15 mins before appointment. He was busy with other customer.
