Unfriendly and impersonal service
I do not bank here but was prepared to. Specifically, I was prepared to switch our small HOA business checking to BoA. I did my due diligence and compared BoA to other banks related to business checking. I was excited to open this account as it was locally convenient and would provide reliability. As part of my diligence, I called first and inquired about opening this account beforehand, explaining that we had a Trust. Elisha is a star… always very helpful with whatever needs I might have, highly recommend this BOA even if it’s out of your way.
